A balanced diet is very important for the healthy and lively growth of kittens. Its food must contain sufficient protein, fat, vitamins and minerals and these nutrients should be matched in a certain proportion.
Way of feeding
Three to four weeks to 2.5 months after birth 4 to 5 times a day. Dry cat food can be mixed with hot boiled water and cat milk for cats to eat, and given in small amounts just after the weaning period, and increase the number of times. Some cats have diarrhea when ingesting cow’s milk, so use cat-specific milk.
2.5 months to 6 months after birth 3 times a day. Give dry cat food directly, and be sure to keep fresh water aside at all times so that it can drink. 6 months after birth to adult cats 2 times a day.
Feeding time
At a fixed time and at a fixed place, give regularly and correctly, so that the cat will develop good habits. Don’t let cats eat too much food, as this will overburden its digestive system.
Feed it in a quiet place away from the sand box, otherwise your cat may refuse to eat. Leave the food for a period of time (15 to 30 minutes), then remove the bowl until the next feeding time.

The amount of feeding
Kitten cat food is specially prepared for kittens, which can meet the special nutritional needs of kittens.
If the kitten has just been weaned, it needs to be fed 4 to 5 times a day. The number of feedings can be gradually reduced, and the number of feedings can be reduced to twice a day when the cat is 6 months old and the body weight has grown to 3/4 of the adult cat.
