Cause

Treatment

Acetamide is an antidote for the treatment of fluorosis. It has the functions of prolonging the incubation period of poisoning, reducing the symptoms or preventing the onset. The dosage is 0.1 g/kg body weight·time. The toxic effect of organic fluorine is rapid , so acetamide should be used as soon as possible, and the dosage must be sufficient. If used in conjunction with chlorpromazine and barbiturate sedatives, it can reduce the excitability of the central nervous system.
